Automation Personnel Services is seeking a top notch experienced part time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative services for an excellent company in the North Dallas area near the Galleria. We are looking for someone with the following skills that can provide strong and efficient support to the entire office. This person will answer the phone, must be professional and articulate with the ability to interact with attorneys.
Candidate MUST have a willingness to meet and exceed set responsibilities and possess the following:
Professional demeanor and appearance is a must.
Excellent Microsoft Office package skills i.E. Word, Excel and Power Point proficiency
Must possess the ability to organize calendars, make appointments, schedule meetings
Must be able to work well independently
Must be able to work between 16-24 hours
Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with heads of corporations and all clients and employees as well.
Pay Rate: $22/ hour, depending on experience
