Bilingual Administrative Sales Assistant

Pay is based on experience and is negotiable
Candidate needs to be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English language.
Must have great interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
Must be computer literate and possess normal user knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Duties of this position: will be responsible for assisting Spanish speaking clients as well as English speaking in greeting clients and assisting them in the right direction based on their needs;
Handle clients requests over the phone
Strong ability to search for innovative ways to market the company in the Latino market by creating ads to submit to marketing campaign forums to attract Latino clients along with assisting in client sales transactions, and any other secretarial duties.
