Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: Based on experience
Must be able to:
Use fax machine
Document Billing System
Telephone payments (Credit card & E-Check)
In person payments (Credit Card, Check, E-Check & Cash)
Review, research billing system
Receive, sort, open and scan mailed in check payments
Receive walk in customer Cash, Check and CC payments Apply payments to billing account
Balance cash drawers
Prepare cash and check deposit bags for bank pick up for walked in payments
Scan and email customer correspondence as needed
Maintain security of confidential customer information
Account & Bill review/explanation (Charges, fees, etc.)
Start/stop service request
Set up Payment Arrangements
Website assistance (Recurring payments/Account Set-Up)
Pick-up read requests
Scheduled outage notifications
Address/Phone number changes
E-Bill set up
Drug-screens and background checks are required.
High school Diploma or GED is required.
1st shift: 7: 30 am - 1: 30 pm Monday - Friday
2nd shift: 10: 30 am - 4: 30 pm Monday - Friday
