Bilingual Staffing Talent Coordinator Job Summary
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a professional and motivated Staffing Talent Coordinator for our Fort Worth Branch located in Fort Worth, Tx. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a growing organization in the fast-paced world of staffing. We are looking for someone with great customer service and excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
 
 
Staffing Talent Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, counseling employees
  2. Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement
  3. Listening to and applying constructive criticism
  4. Ability to work as a part of team and solo
 
Staffing Talent Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Staffing Talent Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
  2. Must be able to work 40+hours (including early mornings or late evenings)
  3. Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5pm as needed.
  4. Excellent customer service, clerical, and computer skills (type 40-50 wpm).
  5. Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  6. Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
  7. Previous staffing experience is a plus but not required.
  8. Prefer Candidate with inside sales and/or recruiting experience
  9. Professional dress and attitude required
  10. Must be able to read, wright and speak Spanish.
