We are looking for people with (B2B) Inbound/Outbound customer service /call center and/or marketing experience. No selling involved.
Currently we are looking for individuals to assist us with calling on behalf of our Clients to assist their vendors, Inbound calls are helping vendors who are having problems processing payments.
Outbound calls are helping vendors enroll with change of payment method.
Must have excellent computer skills, experience working with multiple screens, some accounting knowledge or terminology preferred, pleasant phone demeanor or comfortable speaking with high level contacts. Writing skills and bilingual skills are a plus. You will be communicating daily with IT, line of business, and execute level contacts responsible for making and influencing technology purchasing decisions. Pleasant phone demeanor and comfortable speaking with high level contacts.
