Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an outstanding company in the Carrollton area. A summary of this position includes:
Working in a team environment in support of the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible to follow standard procedures relating to resolution of problems, either verbally or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service related position
Experience using AS/400
Demonstrates initiative, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated multitasking ability
Experience Maintain customers files and all related documents as necessary with software packages including Lotus Notes, Excel, and Word.
Basic math skills
Maintain customers files and all related documents as necessary
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Answer multi-line phone in professional and courteous manner
Ability to mulit-task and prioritize

Pay Rate: $14.00-$16.00 hr DOE
