Data Entry Production Controller
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Data Entry Production Control Associate for a company based in Tampa, FL near the airport. In this job, you will have the opportunity to work for a fast-growing aircraft maintenance company.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours:
7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Sunday through Saturday, days off vary
3:15 p.m. until 11:45 p.m. Sunday through Saturday, days off vary
11:30 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Saturday, days off vary
Data Entry Clerk/ Production Control Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor, control, and coordinate complete and incomplete work orders.
- Enter and modify work orders into the database.
- Create reports, as required, on the status of work processes.
- Perform general clerical duties such as setting up files, reproducing paperwork, and entering and collecting computerized data.
- Audit completed work orders.
- Keep record of labor costs and verify the costs are assigned by customers.
Data Entry Clerk/ Production Control Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, word, excel, and outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast environment.
- Reading comprehension – understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Speaking – talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Good active listening and critical thinking skills.
