This position is 1st shift, temp to hire and the pay rate is $11 an hour.
The individual will assemble gaming machines for casinos. Must be mechanically inclined and pay attention to detail. The individual will perform any combination of following tasks assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems: Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. The candidate will position and align parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding devices. The individual will count assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel. The candidate will connect component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points, using soldering, welding, or related bonding procedures and equipment. Daily cable and harness techniques are required. Those techniques include wire cutting, cable prep and layup, crimping, soldering, jacketing, braiding, molding, use of lacing tape and spot ties for open wire bundles, testing, etc. The candidate will disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as necessary and according to specifications and authorized rework steps on the router. Will test and troubleshoot subassemblies at 1st, 2nd and final test. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to read work instructions/schematics and use hand tools. Previous electronic assembly experience required. Drug screen and background check are required. IND123LI
