Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is a light industrial staffing agency and growing at great speed. We have been in business for over 26 years and are looking for a professional, self- motivated garnishment coordinator for an excellent opportunity in our corporate office.

Performs payroll transactions related to garnishments to include set-up, data entry, garnishment interpretation and updating deductions data according to established timelines, standards and procedures

  • Provide answers to garnishment and/or client contacts concerning garnishment deductions
  • Ability to effectively examine, set up, process and reconcile garnishments
  • Develops strong business partnerships with internal and client counterparts in Human
  • Resources, Payroll and Accounting
  • Escalates non-routine inquiries and issues to the Payroll Supervisor
  • Adheres to federal and state guidelines when handling garnishment orders
  • Assist with garnishment set-up for new client implementations as requested
  • May assist processing payroll and invoices for branch staffing offices
  • May assist processing payroll deductions
  • Other special projects or tasks assigned by Management


  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must have excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service - Coordinators have regular interaction with branch personnel


  • Pay $14 - $16 per hour depending on experience and skills
