The Licensing Agent must have the ability to learn and comprehend Regulations as they relate to licensing.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Experience with outlook, word, excel, and other programs within the Microsoft family.
Ability to handle multitasking with different license packets, state commissions, and tribal commissions
Detailed in their work
Basic office experience
Has a good sense of urgency
Ensures that the work they perform complies with all Regulations.
Ensures the timely completion of work.
Able to perform a comprehensive review of customer records to understand value of license
Able to analyze the financial status of a customer.
Fingerprinting of company owners
Filling out multiple license packets
Gathering supporting documents and license payments from owners
Receives and maintains confidential personal / criminal history of each company owner
Ensures that the Licensing Data Base is kept accurate and up-to-date
Responsible for the timely filing of all reports / license packets and supporting documentation to each state or Tribe
Interacts with regulatory and law enforcement agencies regarding the licensing of the company owners
Interacts with Casino Management regarding the licensing of the company owners
Interacts with Executive Committee, Commissioners, and Staff.
Must be able to present a professional attitude and demeanor when dealing with the public and gaming personnel.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to understand and adhere to confidentiality policy.
$14 - $16 depending on experience
