National Sales Manager
Hampton, GA | Direct-Hire (Perm)
Key liaison between customer and manufacturers reps and our company. Responsible for generating $17 -$22 Million in annual revenue from a defined territory with $36MM in potential revenue and must be able to sell a variety of power switching products. Primary responsibility for maximizing sales within a territory and is responsible for managing goals/targets/plans for the agents within the territory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to projecting business opportunities and recommending actions to maximize the company's market share, developing goals and objectives for territory performance, monitoring results against performance standards, and recommending appropriate actions when results fail to meet expectations.
Develop personal/business relationships with agents and customers.
Set sales goals for agents and monitors performance
Negotiate all matters relating to sales, including pricing, terms, and conditions
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or related field or combination of experience and education.
5 years of sales experience
Ability to travel 40%-60%
