Automation Personnel is seeking an Office Manager with 2 years of Recruiting & Accounting Experience in Norcross, GA.

Pay Rate $24.00 pH
1st Shift: 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruiting and managing Employees
- Processing relevant paperwork, including background screening
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions
- Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provides historical reference and disposal of records
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Processing financial reports
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Accounts reconciliation as needed
- Provide quarterly and yearly audits
- Manage Accounting Department
- Manage Sales Team efficiently
- Completes operational requirements
- Experience using QuickBooks and other financial software
- Team Player
- Time management skills
