Automation Personnel Services in West Houston is seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Manager position that we have available. The ideal candidate is an entry level candidate who has experience working in Trade Shows and Events industries.

Compensation: Pay Rate Depending on Experience 50K- 70K Monday- Friday Some Weekends

*Hire, train and motivate Team members
*Determine optimum shifts for each department and staff accordingly
*Schedule Delivery and Pickup transactions and staff accordingly
*Ensure high quality of both product and service
*Maintain overall inventory integrity, accuracy, condition and protection
*Manage Operating expenses to budget
*Champion overall Safety and Accident prevention
*Ability to identify, develop and motivate Teams
*Ability to think strategically and plan ahead
*Provide the highest level of customer service while working within budgeted guidelines
*Must be able to multitask in a fast faced environment
*High attention to detail ensuring proper adherence to systems and practices
*Must be able to communicate effectively and motivate a Team
*Ability to work well with other Departments
*Ability to effectively communicate with customers both internal and external
*Ability to take direction from upper management and introduce Corporate objectives in an appropriate manner.
Must be able to use both in-person, phone and email communication effectively
*Bachelor s Degree or equivalent Business experience
