MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or related experience mandatory
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge.
Thorough knowledge of accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS AND DUTIES
Candidate will report directly to the CFO
Posting and matching invoices to general ledgers
Prioritize invoices according to discount potential and payment terms.
Must have the flexibility to work 25-30 hours initially
Background check required
$14/hour starting, depending on experience
