QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Quality Control Associate for a company based in Tampa, FL near Oldsmar. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a fast-growing manufacturer of vitamins and dietary supplements.
Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
Quality Control Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures and standards.
- Record and document inspection results, test data, and any deviations or non-conformities observed.
- Assist in the preparation of quality control reports and contribute to the analysis of quality metrics.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) to ensure consistent quality and safety.
- Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment as needed, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to address quality-related concerns and improve processes.
Quality Control Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Control in the dietary supplement or related manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
