Due to growth, we are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented individual as a Sales Representative. Automation ranks #17 as one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. Automation was recognized as Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction 2016 and 2017.
Base salary $Depending on Experience plus uncapped commissions

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities including cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and client relationship building. This position includes a high degree of autonomy thus requires a proven track record as a self-starter with proved performance as a seasoned sales professional.
3+ years documented success in sales experience
Industry experience a plus
Documented records of sales achievements are required
Demonstrated skills in prospecting and generating new business
Excellent closing skills
Strong sales presentation and consultative selling skills both in-person and on the phone
Effective rapport and relationship building skills
Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently
