In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks while learning and applying industry methods and standards. This role involves preparing materials, setting up and operating welding equipment, assembling components, and ensuring welds meet quality and safety requirements.

Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Welder Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and set up welding equipment according to project requirements.
- Perform welding and assembly of components following defined processes.
- Monitor the welding process and inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Welder Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality welds.
- Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands for precision work.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive movements, and tolerate environmental conditions such as heat, dust, and fumes.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to different job requirements, and collaborate effectively with team members.
