Automation Personnel Services is looking for a full-time Account Manager to handle Customer Support for a fast growing and well-established company in Tampa. Will be responsible for maintain positive business relationships to ensure future results in addition to selling products and services to existing and prospective customer base.

Ability to design various data analysis services to mine for business process information.
Ability to perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Ability to develop content strategy, perform content audits and develop content plans.
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to current and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other software such as QuickBooks.
Bachelor s Degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Sales experience or familiarity with the sales process is preferred.
One year customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Starting Pay $13.29 per hour
