Accounting Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a direct hire Accounting Assistant for a medical devices company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions such as coordinating with financial institutions, managing accounts receivables/payables, and other related duties.
Pay Rate
$50,000 per year
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Human Resources Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, verify transactions, and manage payment schedules.
- Handle customer invoices, track incoming payments, and manage accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare and issue bills, track payments, and ensure accuracy in billing procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and their financial partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Human Resources Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
- Strong administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative in an open office workplace to cultivate teamwork, company culture, innovation, and continuous improvement.
