Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team located in Fairfield, Alabama. Automation is looking for an upbeat, professional Administrative Assistant who will be the first impression of the organization.
Pay Rate
$23.08 per hour
Schedule and Hours
1st Shift: 6am-4pm
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- You will also manage incoming mail and routine correspondences, maintain an organized file/records system, and manage the calendars/schedules of department leaders.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the confidentiality of departmental information and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- They should be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team, demonstrating punctuality, responsiveness, and accuracy in all tasks.
- Clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing), entering data and extracting data from multiple systems
Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills are required, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- The successful candidate should be adept at managing multiple priorities and committed to upholding professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all aspects of their work.
- Must be Dependable and Punctual Some knowledge of payroll process.
- Some knowledge of payroll process.
- Must know how to use Time Clock.
