Job Description

Administrative Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate for a corporate location of a company based in Liberty Park, AL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
 
Pay Rate 
$15 00 up to $17 00 per hour Depending on experience
 
Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
 
Administrative Associate- Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
 
Administrative Associate- Qualifications and Requirements 
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
References required.
