Automotive Service Desk Manager
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Service Desk Manager responsible for overseeing the service desk operations within an automotive setting, ensuring that all customer inquiries, issues, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. This role requires an experienced manager with a background in the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay Rate
$16.00 -$17.00 an hour depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Automotive Service Desk Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring timely and effective handling of customer requests.
• Monitor and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure that all service desk activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall service experience.
• Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Automotive Service Desk Manager Qualifications and Requirements
• Hight School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Experience in a service desk or customer service management role within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing service operations.
