Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor for a utility payment center based in Chattanooga, State. An ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of customer service experience related to processing payments for over the phone and in person customers.

$20.00- 22.00 per hour

7:45am-4:45pm Monday- Friday

Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
• Process telephone and in-person payments (Credit Card, Check, E-Check & Cash)
• Process telephone and in-person payments (Credit Card, Check, E-Check & Cash)
• Receive, sort, open and scan mailed in check payments
• Receive walk in customer Cash, Check and CC payments Apply payments to billing account
• Balance cash drawers and audit all daily deposits
• Scan and email customer correspondence as needed
• Account & Bill review/explanation (Charges, fees, etc.)
• Start/stop service requests as well as set up Payment Arrangements
• Website assistance (Recurring payments/Account Set-Up)
Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements
• Fluent in English/Spanish is required
• Fluent in English/Spanish is required
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Customer service and accounting experience is preferred
• High school Diploma or GED is required – some college a plus
• Background check and drug screen required
