Bilingual General Labor (English,Mandarin)
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual General Labor (Mandarin) for a company based in North Houston, Tx.
Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm
Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up and operate a variety of equipment.
• Read and accurately interpret specifications from cut sheets to determine material type and size.
• Select appropriate material by comparing part numbers to cut sheets.
• Will be trained to operate multiple machines to allow for effective job rotation.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs min.
• May recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures.
• Perform daily organization and cleanup of work area per company policy.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions and incidents to supervision.
• Perform work of miscellaneous nature.
• Mechanical background preferred.
Job Title Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing atmosphere.
• Must be self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of good warehousing practices.
