CNC Wood Wop Software Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a experienced CNC WoodWop Software Operator for a company based in Powder Springs, GA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating the HOMAG machine CENTATEGN-500 with WoopWop software, The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, Particularly with wood materials, and extensive experience in programming, operating and maintaining CNC Machines.
Pay Rate
$21.00 plus per hour, BOE
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6 30 am to 3 30 pm.
CNC WoodWop Software Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Interpret Technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine operations.
• Program CNC routers using WoodWop software to perform cutting, drilling, and shaping operations on wood material.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts onto and from the CNC and monitor progress.
• Perform routine maintenance task on CNC machines, cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn damages parts.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation of machine setting, tool changes and production output.
CNC WoodWop Software Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with WoodWop software
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints. Ability to use precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dept gauges.
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy in workmanship.
• Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials is a plus.
