Customer Service position is integral in the customer relations with the customers. The position can be fast paced and requires excellent communication, critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle phone contact with customers & suppliers to process all customer service related issues.
Overall Answer telephone switchboard prompt and courteously.
Direct and transfer customers and vendors to the appropriate department.
Process purchase order acknowledgments as required for correct part #, qty, pricing, delivery and ship to information and freight method: PO discrepancies are forwarded to person who placed the order.
Support liaison to Inside/Outside Sales.
Interacts daily customers.
Audit Freight Reports
Reviews, logs and distributes all incoming faxes.
Handle all aspects of customer repair and/or return requirements.
Process weekly office supply order.
Positive attitude, team player.
Ability to multi-task is critical.
Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word skills required.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities is a must.
Strong verbal and written communications is extremely important.
Ability to utilize root cause analysis tools
