CERTIFIED WELDER
Automation Personnel Services has immediate openings for experienced Certified Welders at a stainless manufacturer in Rossville, GA. This is a locally based company is expert in design, machining, fabrication, and installation of mechanical metalwork. This is a great temporary to hire opportunity or direct hire depending on experience.
Pay Rate
$20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience and weld test
Schedule and Shifts
8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Certified Welder Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Proficiency with tools and equipment related to fabricating metal (including, but not limited to welding machines, grinders, plasma cutters, cutting torches)
Certified Welder Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Must have previous verifiable certification
• Required to complete welding test
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Perform calculations and operations with mathematical data to layout stairs, handrails and structural steel.
• Drug Screens and background checks are required
• Required to lift 50lbs repeatedly (in office assessment will be conducted)
