Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Concrete Quality Assurance Associate for a company based in Bessemer,AL. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our concrete products. Your primary role will be to conduct rigorous testing and analysis of raw materials, in process materials, and finished concrete products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekend.

Concrete Quality Assurance Associate- Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform inspections on product forms
• Perform pre-pour inspections on all products and verify blueprints are correct for mold setup.
• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with established quality control procedures and standards.
• Perform daily concrete testing (slump, spread, VSI, air content, test cyclinders) and document daily concrete testing results to management.
• Perform inspections on product forms
• Perform pre-pour inspections on all products and verify blueprints are correct for mold setup.
• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with established quality control procedures and standards.
• Perform daily concrete testing (slump, spread, VSI, air content, test cyclinders) and document daily concrete testing results to management.
Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisor including clean up and housekeeping tasks.
Concrete Quality Assurance Associate- Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be able to read tape measure to 32nd of inch and blueprints
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
• ACI and NPCA certifications (or the ability to obtain)

• Attention to extreme detail, willing to perform any assigned tasks and self-sufficient and self-motivated
