Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all talent in the organization from Director level down to general warehouse associates and promote and improve the image of the company in the local community and nation-wide as the employer of choice.
Professional Office Environment with frequent visits to Climate-controlled or Non-climate-controlled Warehouse Environment
Post jobs, screens resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within the defined timeframe
Manages internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport within the community
Perform other recruiting duties as assigned
Qualifications (Experience Level, Education, etc.)
Bachelors of Business Administration or equivalent required
3 5 years of experience in the manufacturing/distribution-type industry
Excellent oral/written/on-phone communication skills
1- 2 years of Applicant Tracking System experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
