Countertop Installers
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Countertop Installers for a company who is a leading provider of high-quality countertops and cabinetry based in Pelham, AL. In this role, the Installer will be responsible for the precise installation of various countertop materials, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Countertop Installer- Duties and Responsibilities
- Install countertops made from materials such as granite, quartz, marble, and other solid surfaces.
- Measure and cut countertops to fit specific dimensions and spaces accurately.
Ensure all installations are precise and meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Secure countertops in place using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform finishing touches, including polishing and sealing, to achieve a flawless appearance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
Countertop Installer- Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a countertop installer or similar role.
- Proficiency in installing various countertop materials
- Strong understanding of measurements, dimensions and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Commitment to working safely and producing quality products.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
