Customer Service Agent
Automation Personnel Services has an immediate job opening for an Customer Service Agent to join our team. We are looking for a team player to help the team achieve its productivity goals while maintaining a high level of integrity, appearance, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is a potentially permanent position with a wonderful company where you can build a long term career!
Start Date: August 15, 2024
Hours - Monday - Sunday 7:30AM – 5:30PM
Schedule Salary: $13.00 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities
• Be a team player who works to achieve group goals.
• Maintain a high level of integrity.
• Provide required information to customers as they enter the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by:
o Anticipating the needs of our customers and planning accordingly.
o Greeting our customers promptly, cheerfully, and respectfully.
o Communicating honestly, courteously, and knowledgeably.
o Serving with pride, commitment, and with high ethical standards.
• Work as a team towards housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned by the task list. This can include
cleaning tires, carrying batteries, mopping floors, etc.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management.
• Complete sales training and follow the Sales Model.
• Engage in continuous training and education in all areas of the auto parts business.
• Follow company dress code: wear company issued apparel at all times, no shorts, no sweatpants/tops, no
clothes with holes, no offensive clothing, closed toed shoes required, must be clean and neat in appearance.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
• Be proficient in automotive part/product identification and recognize parts and how they relate to our customer's
needs.
• Must work safely at all times.
• Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
• Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Follow company dress code policy, maintaining a well-groomed, neat appearance so as to create a favorable
impression with customers.
• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not required.
