Customer Service/Product Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled Customer Service/Product Specialist.
You will consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients with a focus on building and maintaining relationships across the consumer community. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong operational knowledge of our products and service. Coupled with delivering accurate answers to questions on products in a professional and concise manner, this role expands well beyond answering incoming calls. You must have technical expertise to be able to solve problems from beginning to end. Each product has different mechanisms that you will need to understand in detail.
Pay Rate
$20.00/hr.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Customer Service/Product Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to reviewing order transactions, researching projects, assisting with inventory control and order fulfillment, and providing answers to email/phone inquiries. You will also review all existing product manuals and provide the Product Manager with recommendations on how they can be improved if necessary. You will be the parts and service expert and will be responsible for coordinating, ordering and managing the parts along with our Warehouse Staff. You must be able to manage multiple projects to completion and could adhere to firm deadlines and quick turnarounds.
Customer Service/Product Specialist Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven success as a customer service specialist.
- Experience in quality control in products and services, Previous experience with safes/locks a plus.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Must be a self-starter and an excellent problem solver.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to deal effectively with people while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal Supervision
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Have experience working in Sales Force CRM
