Customer Service Rep / Data Entry 

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Customer Service Rep/Data Entry for a company based in South Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate would have experience selling both products and services. Your primary responsibilities will focus on Customer Service and Front Office but will include some administrative tasks.  

Pay Rate
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depends on Experience)   

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm  

Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Duties and Responsibilities
• Working with Microsoft Office products  

• Heavy Data Entry experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Answer phones  

• Research products and assist with pricing  

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and truckers  

• Build relationships with existing customers  

• Respond to customers’ inquiries  

• E-mail bid requests to current clients and perform follow-up calls  

Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in fast paced office environment
• Experience selling through eBay is a plus
• Must be detail oriented  

• Previous work experience in a commercial setting  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)  

• Excellent Customer Service skills  

• Strong verbal and communication skills  

• Background check and drug test required
