Job Description: Customer Service Representative.
Candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, and answering a 1-3 line phone system. Responsible for taking orders via phone and email and coordinating with warehouse team. Data entry experience is required. Candidates will need to be familiar with MS. Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position will average 30 hours/week.
Shift: Must be available for 1st and/or 2nd shift and weekends
Pay Rate: $11+ per hour, DOE
Must be able to pass clerical testing such as word, excel and data entry.
Must have good communication skills
Ability to multi-task in an office setting
