Primary Responsibilities

The Customer Service Account Representative is responsible for business development, problem solving, scheduling appointments, customer service, assisting Branch Manager in cultivating new and existing business. This is a position requiring much field time. Service areas include: Madison and Huntsville, AL.

Job Description

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative with success in selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving in a fast-paced business environment. The Customer Service Account Representative reports to the Selling Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for the following:

New account development
Creating partnerships with key executives
Excellent customer service
Strong work ethic
Must be a 'people person'
Positive attitude
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self motivated, productive while unsupervised
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
Staffing Industry experience is a plus
Starting salary ($30K+ DOE with first year potential $40K plus)
