FS Ops Expense Agent
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled FS Ops Expense Agent for LG Electronics based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for Field Service Management needs related to business operation expenses. In this role, the Expense Agent will be responsible for expense voucher claim submission for Direct Mobile Service Technician (DMST) operations expenses and multiple third-party vendors.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm
Position is for 6 months.
FS Ops Expense Agent Duties and Responsibilities:
• Obtain Documents and proper information required for voucher submission including invoice, receipt, and necessary internal approvals.
• Prepare and submit expense voucher with accurate information as per Field Service & Accounting departments policy and procedure.
• Monitor budget usage and needs by expense type, department, and user. Provide support with budget transfer and additional requests to ensure available budget for voucher submission.
• Prepare weekly reports with open expenses for monitoring and tracking for timely voucher/invoice submission within company policy and to prevent late fee charges.
• Communicate clearly with DMST, management and internal departments as needed for support to final resolution.
• Provide support with DMST new hire onboarding including travel arrangements and new hire document collection
• Other duties as assigned.
FS Ops Expense Agent Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ applicable experience preferred.
• Proficient skill in use of personal computers including software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail oriented with strong administrative & organizational background.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Positive and proactive attitude.
•Reliable individual with strong desire to fulfill obligations.
