Coupling Machine Operators 

 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Coupling Machine Operators for a company based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing, pipe manufacturing and fabrication company.  

Pay Rate  
$12.00/$16.00 per hour 

Schedule and Hours  
Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 7pm 

40+ hours a week, sometimes over 60 hours per week.  

Coupling Machine Operators Duties and Responsibilities 

• Operated machinery to process couplings for all CC pipe products, maintaining consistent material flow to feeders  

• Monitored production runs and documented material usage and output for quality assurance 

• Set up molds and configured workstations at the start of each project to support uninterrupted production 

• Applied stencils and barcodes to completed couplings for precise identification and traceability 

• Verified routing of all Production Orders in the ERP system to ensure proper testing and secondary processing of each coupling 

• Maintained a clean, organized, and safety-compliant environment on the production floor 

• Reported equipment malfunctions and potential product defects to supervisors for timely resolution 

• Logged all mold changes to maintain accurate production and equipment records 

• Collaborated with the Quality Control team to ensure ISO compliance and uphold top-tier quality standards

Coupling Machine Operators Qualifications and Requirements  

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations setting  

• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, industry standards, and ISO compliance requirements 

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels 

• Exceptional attention to detail and well-developed organizational abilities 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

• Bilingual or multilingual fluency preferred for enhanced workplace communication
