Automation Personnel Services is seeking 3-5 motivated Fabricating Production Associates to join a manufacturing team for a company in Bon Air, AL. The ideal candidates will have some experience in manufacturing and a strong work ethic.

Pay Rate
Starting at $15.00 per hour, with a $1.00per hour shift differential after moving to 2nd shift.

Schedule and Hours
2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m., Monday-Thursday
Overtime: Usually worked on Sunday
Fabricating Production Associates- Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Assemble and fabricate fittings according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Fabricating Production Associates- Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime, especially on Sundays
- Ability to start on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) for the first 2-3 weeks
- Competitive starting pay of $15 per hour
- $1 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift
- Opportunities for overtime
