Skilled Fabricator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Skilled Fabricator for a company who is a leading provider of high-quality countertops and cabinetry based in Pelham, AL. In this role, the fabricator would be responsible for cutting, shaping, and polishing a variety of countertop materials, including granite, quartz, and marble.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Skilled Fabricator - Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain fabrication machines, including saws, grinders, and polishers.
- Cut, shape, and polish countertop materials to specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements and ensure they meet quality guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Skilled Fabricator- Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience as a fabricator or similar role in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
- Proficiency in cutting, shaping, and polishing granite, quartz, marble, and other countertop materials.
- Strong understanding of measurements, dimensions and cutting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Commitment to working safely and producing quality products.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and experience operating a forklift is a plus.
