Automation Personnel Services
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Floor Tech. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in stripping, refreshing, and maintaining various types of flooring. The Floor Technician will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all floor surfaces using the proper machinery and techniques.
Pay Range
$18 hourly.
Schedule and Hours
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Possible weekends)
- 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Possible weekends)
Floor Tech Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform floor care procedures, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and refreshing of hard surfaces.
- Conduct daily maintenance of floors, ensuring they are clean, polished, and well-maintained.
- Operate various floor care machinery such as buffers, scrubbers, and burnishers safely and efficiently.
- Inspect floors regularly to determine maintenance needs and promptly address any issues.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during the use of cleaning chemicals and machinery.
Floor Tech Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician with expertise in stripping, waxing, and refreshing floors.
- Familiarity with daily maintenance routines and the use of floor care machinery.
- Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and move equipment, as required by the job.
