The Garnishment Coordinator works at corporate communicating daily with legal entities, government offices, employees, and other staff. Responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of existing and future garnishments, document retention and excellent communication skills related to employment verification. You must also:
Create and edit garnishment data as received from various entities
Answer questions from associates related to garnishments.
Maintain garnishments by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Issue employment verifications to appropriate entities accurately and on time.
Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Contribute to the team s successes by accomplishing tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Perform other tasks as required by Automation
Qualifications and education requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and computer skills and the ability to utilize online tools to assist in maintaining goals. Must also have the ability to utilize word, excel and other computer programs as needed. Required to complete tasks on time, and to communicate with third-party garnishers, candidates, and employees articulately. Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize daily tasks. Understand and follow all EEOC, workers' compensation, OSHA and other safety rules.
