Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Travel to job sites throughout New Orleans Parrish and surrounding areas.
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on residential HVAC systems, including unitary and ductless equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of heating and cooling system issues to ensure optimal performance.
Manage service appointments, including documentation and customer communication.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Assist in the installation and setup of new HVAC systems as needed. Provide professional and courteous customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems required Electrical experience preferred Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence.
