Hospital Hospitality Aid
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Hospital Hospitality Aid located in Fort Payne, AL. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with meal delivery and set-up, ensuring patients receive their meals in a timely manner while also addressing any dietary needs or concerns.

Hospital Hospitality Aid Duties and Responsibilities
• Deliver meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dietary requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of trays to confirm meal selections and address any special dietary requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meal preparation and delivery areas.
• Record meal delivery and patient preferences accurately.
• Identifies each patient by asking name and date of birth before serving food.
• Greets each patient according to customer service standards and offers individualized assistance with meal tray, receiving no complaints from patients or staff.
Hospital Hospitality Aid Qualifications and Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Compassionate and patient focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist in meal delivery tasks.
