Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Industrial Controller to oversee financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, compile financial reports, and implement processes to control manufacturing costs and maintain systems to monitor profitability.

Industrial Controller-Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the company.
- Implement and monitor financial controls.
- Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Maintain effective internal controls.
- Conduct financial planning and analysis.
- Ensure the inventory management program is effective and timely.
- Conduct audits of production and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Industrial Controller-Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Proficient with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, and lifting 50 lbs.
- Willingness to perform all assigned tasks.
- Reliable and timely transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends, and ability to stay until tasks are finished properly, with a flexible end of day (job may require staying past regular end of shift).
