Industrial Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technicians to work for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for servicing production and facility equipment (both electronic and mechanical), maintaining the CMMS system, and performing general and preventative maintenance and repair of fixtures and equipment.
Pay Rate:
$24.00- $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and hours
Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm; some Saturdays are required.
Must be able to work overtime.
Industrial Maintenance Technicians Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed production lines (FEMC, Shanklin)
- Ensure safe operation of plants equipment both electrically and mechanically by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications, and troubleshooting malfunctions
- Maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment by repairing, servicing, and replacing components such as relays, circuit breakers, motors, wiring and circuit board, packaging equipment repair and electronic connections.
- May make repairs on electric power tools, lights, fuses, and portable electric devices/equipment
- Grease, lubricate and oil motors and production equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policy, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Industrial Maintenance Technicians Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing industry
- Experienced in general and preventative maintenance/repair of industrial production equipment including analysis and diagnostics
- Knowledgeable of local codes and regulations
- Basic Knowledge of PLC and CPU
- Experienced with all working tools, AC / DC electrical systems, calibrated measuring instruments, hydraulic/pneumatic and conveyor systems.
- Able to read and interpret diagrams, charts, drawing, schematics, and blueprints.
