Industrial Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to work for a company based in Plant City, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing machinery.
Pay Rate:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour; depending on experience
Performance/ review evaluation after 90 days for a rate increase.
Schedule and hours
Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM; must be able to work overtime.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance such as conveyor belts, gear box, etc.
- Read manuals to understand equipment and controls
- Disassemble machinery and equipment when it needs maintenance or repair
- Perform tests and operate machinery to ensure it functions properly
- Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- Experienced in general and preventative maintenance/repair of industrial production equipment, buildings, and facilities, including analysis and diagnostics.
- Experienced with all working tools, AC / DC electrical systems, PLC, calibrated measuring instruments, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Able to read and interpret diagrams, charts, schematics, and documents.
