Industrial Maintenance Technicians
Automation Personnel Services is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Ball Ground, Georgia. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and repairing plant equipment—including hydraulic systems and basic PLC components and other related job duties.

Pay Rate
$25.00 per hour, can increase based on experience.

Schedule and Hours
*Two shift options are currently available!*
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
3rd shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
Must be available to train on first shift! Occasional overtime during the week and up to 5 hours Saturdays as needed.
Industrial Maintenance Technicians Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance logs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with welding tasks and support equipment upgrades or capital improvement projects.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Additional job duties as assigned by management
Industrial Maintenance Technicians Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (3-phase, 240v–480v), and basic PLC components.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints; welding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with forklifts, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer functions.
• Drug screening, background check, and lifting assessments are required
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs unassisted, in office lifting assessment is required.
