First Shift Inside Sales Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Inside Sales Representative for a company based in the Dallas, NC area. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, closing sales, and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth. Prior experience with selling vales and pumps for industrial use is a must.
Pay Rate
$22.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5 pm.
Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online communication to identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure steady progress through the sales funnel.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar field, with proficiency in computer applications (Outlook email, Excel, Word) and basic keyboarding skills.
- Mechanically inclined, with a solid understanding of basic machinery, equipment parts, and how they fit together; experience with Epicor / Prophet 21 is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction, coupled with effective time management and documentation skills.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude, initiative, and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a supportive office environment.
- Prior experience with selling vales and pumps for industrial use.

Full-time, temporary to permanent.
