Inside Sales Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Inside Sales Representative for a company based in Richland Hills, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for taking customer orders and answering customer service-related questions from RV dealers, RV
companies, etc.
Pay Rate
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour or DOE
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 30 am to 5 00 pm.
Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone, fax, and computer.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates and any additional information needed by customers.
• Write or type orders or enter data into computer for customers.
• Answer questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or direct them to the person who may assist them.
• Assist with customer service issues that may arise.
• Coordinates deliveries with warehouse and delivery personnel.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Recreational vehicle/auto parts background, but any parts preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Retail customer service skills is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to handle busy phones.
• Must be computer literate and organized.
