Inside Sales Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a company based in Houston, Tx.
Pay Rate
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour (Depends on experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintains complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, taking qualified leads through the sales process resulting in closed revenue
• Acts as the direct point of contact and regularly communicates with them regarding product, needs, order status, etc..
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales actions within NetSuite, the company’s CRM system
• Provides the highest level of customer service for each account to preserve and improve business relationship
• Meets and/or exceeds individual and team sales targets as well as call quotas
• Remain knowledge about new and existing product
• Obtains monthly orders from existing distributors
• Research new and existing accounts to identify current needs
• Collaborates with multiple internal and external teams to ensure projects are being completed according to timelines
• Effectively services incoming call and online chats with customers to assist with questions
• Acts as strategic partner for the team by consulate sharing ideas that will facilitate company growth and/or streamline current processes
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Prior Inside Sales or Account Management experience,
• Clear and concise communication style, required
• Ability to balance multiple conflicting priorities while remaining professional and composed, required
• Strong problem-solving skills and a personality to overcome obstacles, required
• Experience closing sales, strongly preferred
• Strong phone presence and experience spending multiple hours a day on the phone, strongly preferred
• Office environment which requires sitting for multiple hours per day
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, strongly preferred
